The purpose of the Live Well Series is to inspire people to change their view of health and well being, Empower people to make the right changes, and therefore Improve their life.

The most advanced information on health and performance available. It is designed to inspire people to make a fundamental shift in their belief systems regarding their work, their relationships, their life, and their future. Our program is designed around the healthiest people know to man - our ancestors! They did not die from the chronic lifestyle disease the majority of us do today. Barring physical trauma or starvation, these people lived long and fulfilling lives. We are genetically identical to this population, although the expression of these genes through our lifestyle has rendered most of us to look, feel, and function completely different.

We'll examine how our environment has changed, and what we can do to give our bodies what they need to remain healthy, strong, and vibrant.

Heart disease, diabetes, cancer, depression, stroke, asthma, allergies, autism, ADHD, Infertility, hypertension, high cholesterol, fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain, osteoporosis, obesity, indigestion . all of these and many more pandemics in our society today are all directly a result of the source - our lifestyle and the environment we chose to put our body into. Not only are we dying earlier but our QUALITY of life is suffering as a result. The average American lives the last 13 years of their lives with some sort of disability or dependence.

When we learn to Think Well, Eat Well, and Move Well, we become empowered to live a life that benefits both our present and our future! Wellness is NOT a buzzword. Wellness is a Science.
